About me

I have always found it deeply rewarding to support people through significant life stages and to offer them a sense of security, peace of mind and guidance. It is precisely this feeling that has guided me in choosing my career path and specialising in providing professional and empathetic support to families.

Through my experience as a carer, maternity nurse, nanny and sleep practitioner, I have had the privilege of supporting families in a wide variety of situations, such as the first few days with a newborn, challenging periods with little sleep, or everyday life with relatives in need of care. This diversity has shown me that every family has its own story, its own needs and its very own rhythm.

What I particularly love about my work is that moment when uncertainty gives way to confidence. When parents find their peace of mind again, a sense of structure emerges, and everyday life suddenly feels easier.

I work with a great deal of empathy, patience and a clear understanding of what families really need. It is particularly important to me not just to offer support, but to build your resilience in the long term, so that you can follow your own path with confidence and self-assurance.

I have always wanted to support families in a personalised, individual way and to the highest standard. Taking a holistic approach, I combine professional expertise with genuine warmth, whilst remaining discreet, reliable and putting my heart into everything I do. Every family deserves a relaxed start, support without pressure, and guidance on an equal footing.

I’m here to give you exactly that.

That’s me
