For services, the cancellation period usually begins on the day the contract is concluded. This is based on the statutory right of cancellation under Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Starting June 19, 2026, the new electronic cancellation feature under Section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB) will also apply.
